Christmas Food and Recipes

Post by Night Eyes on Sun Nov 27, 2016 10:39 pm

Do you have any special christmas time recipes that you would like to share?

What are your favourite foods that you eat during Christmas time, that you never seem to eat any other time?

I made this with my friends last night it was lovely but it was rather like an alcoholic slush puppy hehe

I remember always making Snowballs when i was younger, it was just advocat and lemonade, I made them a few years back and they weren't as nice as i remember lol

Mmmm sounds delicious Nighty Drooling

I love home made mulled wine during Christmas, just any bottle of red wine, carton or half (depending how strong you want it) of orange juice, 1 orange quartered, sugar according to how sweet you like it and spices - cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom...
then mull it on lower or medium heat until errr...spices stick to the flavor? lol

My family make something like this, only different:

(among many other Christmas things)

Even though I drink Alcohol I find some Mocktails are far nicer, i've never really liked the taste of alcohol so I only drink things that hide it, so with mocktails the Alcohol doesn't ruin them Smile

My neighbor gave us a bottle of Goslings Bermuda Black Rum for Christmas. Me, my dad, and my brother have already took our drinks. They also gave us some eggplant parmesan. Not bad Razz
