Great Video thanks for Sharing Luney

It can be so hard to bring yourself back in the middle of a Panic or Anxiety attack, with all the adrenaline and cortisol racing around you're completely hyped up, so I like the idea of making yourself excited about it instead might be worth a try

I've also found telling the anxiety to 'bring it on' helps, for me sometimes when I have them I completely think i'm dying that 'this is it' so sometimes I just stop and go ok then.. bring it on, if this is it, then this is it there's nothing to be done... it immediately calms me back down.

I agree, another friend of mine says she had constant full on anxiety attacks in public places and once she got mad and yelled at it to bring it on and do its worst. It went away immediately and she said she hasn't had one ever since and it's been years now.

I cant remember the last time I had one now, and if one starts I just confront it like that and it seems to fade, I also find it works if you're just worrying over something, I just tell myself well if its gonna happen then tough i'll have to deal with it and whats the point in wasting my time fretting when I could be enjoying myself. I guess sometimes I need some tough love lol
