Changing negative self-talk to positive self-talk

but I wanted to ask, how does everyone on here deal with inner critical voices? Or negative voices? Or worries? Or cognitive distortions that forecast disaster?

urgh i wish i could answer this better, but i'm known for my magical thinking styles and anxieties

the best thing i find it to not let them take over in your head and keep remembering the positives aswell

keep reminding yourself ok i'm not perfect but there's a lot of good to me and i do my best
